This friendly and modern apartment is in the center of the tourist area of Funchal, where there are several hotels, restaurants, shops, bathing/pool complexes and a fantastic promenade where you can end the day with a relaxing stroll. The apartment has a simple and neat decoration, thinking in your comfort and well-being! With one bedroom, with double bed, living room with a bed sofa and a bathroom; the house can accommodate a maximum of four people. Next to the living room has a balcony where you can dinner or continue reading the book you have chosen for these holidays. The property has all the amenities and a parking place (depending on availability). AREA After a day touring the island, there is nothing better than return home for a rest. But not without first savoring the delicacies of Madeira, available in the various restaurants near the building. The renovated Lido beach, restored in May 2016, is only in a ten minutes walk from the apartment. If you want to explore the another bathing complex, you can enjoy the Ponta Gorda (ten minutes walk). Both offer swimming pools, access to the sea and restaurant. Praia Formosa, typical for pebbles and black sand, is about 5 minutes by car. In the surrounding area there is a supermarket of medium size and other services. PROPERTY RULES To ensure a pleasant stay for everyone, we ask that you observe a few simple rules. • Smoking is not permitted inside the property. A fine of €300 will be charged for non-compliance. • Parties or events are not permitted. • Pets are not permitted. • Please be considerate of your neighbours and keep noise levels down, especially at night. The property may be equipped with a smart sensor (Minut) that monitors noise, smoke and temperature levels, solely for safety reasons. This system does not record conversations or collect personal data. Should abnormal levels be detected, a member of our team may contact you. You are not permitted to disable, cover or tamper this or any other equipment installed on the property. In accordance with Portuguese law, all guests must present valid identification for registration purposes. Municipal tourist tax (when applicable): €2.00 per person/night for guests aged 13 and above, up to a maximum of 7 nights (€14.00 per person per stay). A payment link will be sent prior to arrival. Check-in must be scheduled in advance. If it is not arranged at least 48 hours beforehand, check-in will be subject to our team’s availability. Check-in: from 16:00 | Check-out: by 12:00 Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and an additional charge. By confirming your reservation, all guests agree to our house rules and accommodation conditions. OTHER NOTES All bed linen and towels are provided. We can also provide, free of charge, a baby travel crib, high chair and baby bath upon request before check-in. Requests made less than 48 hours before arrival may be subject to an additional fee. All properties are equipped with a first aid kit, fire extinguishers and a fire blanket. For stays of 8 nights or more, a mid-stay service is provided, including the replenishment of bed linen, towels and consumables only. This service is not included for shorter stays. Additional cleaning services during your stay are available on request at an extra charge.
