Fully renovated 2-bedroom apartment by the promenade. Sweet balcony with sea view. Walking distance to the promenade and the beach. Shopping center on the other side of the road. Full bath and equipped kitchen for all your needs. THE NEIGHBORHOOD OVERVIEW Residential apartment on a quiet area of Funchal with the Shopping Center on the other side of the road. Walk to the sea and the promenade. GETTING AROUND With bus stop practically at the doorstep, transport will be no problem for our guest. For departures and airport arrivals, the closest Aerobus stop is about 5 minute away. Feel free to ask us a cab transfer marking with our local partners. Cheaper than taxis found at the airport! GUEST ACCESS Guests have access to all areas of the property. GUEST INTERACTION We are always available for any concern you may have. Feel free to contact us through our local numbers or email. We will try our best to accommodate your needs! All informations on the info board at the entrance of the property. OTHER OBSERVATIONS - According to Portuguese law, all guests are required to present a valid ID. (passport or identity card). - Check-in hour must be scheduled in advance. If it is not scheduled within a maximum of 48 hours before, guests will be subject to the availability of our team. - All necessary linens and towels are provided. A cot, high chair and baby's tub can be arranged if necessary. We have a first aid kit, fire extinguishers and an anti-fire blanket on all properties. ATTENTION Please be advised that a Tourist Fee will be charged to all persons staying overnight in the municipality of Funchal. Thus, all customers staying in tourist resorts and/or accommodation establishments, aged 13 or over, will be charged €2.00 per person/night, up to a maximum of 7 nights and a maximum of €14.00 per person/stay. When you arrive, you will receive a link to pay this municipal tax. HOUSE RULES We love to make our guests feel at home! Please respect the neighbors. Smoking not allowed inside the properties.

Positive: Great location and spacious flat, just minor issues Really enjoyed our stay overall. The flat is spacious, comfortable, and in a perfect central location opposite Mediera Forum with everything nearby. Secure parking was also a big plus. A few small downsides: some maintenance issues (broken bin lids, loose door handle, tricky kettle), and the en suite shower is quite small with no shelf. Cleanliness could be slightly improved (sofa needed a deeper clean). Would have also appreciated basic food items like milk or bread on arrival, especially after a late flight. Overall: Great place, would recommend — just needs better attention to small details. Negative: No comment

Naprawdę bardzo polecam to miejsce. Apartament jest bardzo duży, posiada dwie łazienki w tym wannę i prysznic, bardzo wygodne sypialnie. Z balkonu jest piękny widok na miasto oraz ocean. Po drugiej stronie ulicy jest duże centrum handlowe wraz z dużym supermarketem. Obok znajduje się wiele dobrych restauracji. Kontakt z gospodarzem był bardzo dobry oraz szybki. Kiedy będziemy znowu na Maderze, na pewno wrócimy do tego apartamentu!

Die Wohnung ist sehr schön und zentral gelegen. Ein Einkaufszentrum befindet sich direkt gegenüber und vom Balkon hat man einen tollen Blick auf den Atlantik. Die Betten sind sehr angenehm und die Schlafzimmer sowie Wohnzimmer sind vollständig klimatisiert, was den Aufenthalt besonders komfortabel macht. Kleine Verbesserungen wären noch möglich: Das Sofa ist bereits etwas durchgesessen, und die Küche könnte einen neuen Mülleimer gebrauchen. Außerdem wären ein paar zusätzliche Schälmesser und Küchenhandtücher hilfreich. Insgesamt kann ich die Wohnung aber definitiv empfehlen und würde sie auch wieder buchen.

Great apartment ,parking facilities and location. A few bits not functioning properly and albeit made agent aware, nothing was fixed during our stay.
