Casa Tabaibo is a spacious and comfortable two-storey villa designed to offer a practical, welcoming stay with excellent privacy. Located in Santo António, this home combines space, functionality and stunning views over Funchal, making it perfect for families or groups seeking comfort and complete amenities. On the lower floor, you will find a fully equipped kitchen, laundry room, dining room, guest WC and a bright living room with access to the outdoor area, ideal for relaxing or enjoying the view. On the upper floor, the villa offers four bedrooms, all with private bathrooms—three with showers and one with a bathtub. Two of the bedrooms feature double beds, while the other two have two single beds each, ensuring flexibility and comfort for all guests. The house also includes a barbecue area, an outdoor jacuzzi for leisure moments, as well as private parking for added convenience. Casa Tabaibo is located above the An Island Apart office, ensuring easy support whenever needed. Designed to provide a comfortable and memorable stay, this villa combines generous spaces, stunning views and all essential amenities in a peaceful and convenient location. AREA Located in Santo António, Casa Tabaibo benefits from a quiet, elevated setting with wide, privileged views over Funchal. Just a few minutes’ drive from central Funchal, this villa is the ideal starting point for exploring the city, visiting viewpoints, beaches and gardens, or simply enjoying the tranquillity of the hillside surroundings. It offers the perfect combination of peace, convenience and proximity to Madeira’s main attractions. GETTING AROUND The best option to get to the apartment will be the transfer. Ask us to book one with our local partners. It is cheaper than the taxis you find at the airport. If you rent a car, any navigation app can easily find the address. There is a bus stop 2 minutes walk from the apartment. ACCESS TO PROPERTY You have access to all areas of the property. INTERACTION We are always available to help or answer questions. We do our best to reply all requests. We also have an app for guests with all the important information about the property and other useful information for your stay. OTHER OBSERVATIONS - According to Portuguese law, all guests are required to present a valid ID. (passport or identity card). - Check-in hour must be scheduled in advance. If it is not scheduled within a maximum of 48 hours before, guests will be subject to the availability of our team. - All bed linen and towels are provided. We can also put a baby cot, a high chair and a baby bath if needed, but you should request. There are a first aid kit, extinguishers and fire blanket in the property. ATTENTION We inform that a Municipal Tourist tax will be charged for person staying overnight in the municipality of Funchal. All guests staying in tourist developments and / or accommodation establishments, aged 13 or over, will be charged 2,00€ per person/night, up to a maximum 7 nigths stay/ 14€ per person. Close to your arrival, you will receive the link to pay this fee. RULES We want you to feel at home.
