This pleasant flat is part of a small city condominium and has two bedrooms; one with a double bed and the other with a single bed. Both rooms have good sun exposure. In the living room, you'll find a cosy space equipped with a sofa bed, dining table and television, so you can relax after a long day on the island. Through the lounge you have access to a small balcony, where you can relax or take your meals at the outdoor table. Next to the living room there is a fully equipped kitchen where you can cook your own meals. The flat has a bathroom equipped with a bathtub. Wi-Fi is available in all areas. PROPERTY RULES To ensure a pleasant stay for everyone, we ask that you observe a few simple rules. • Smoking is not permitted inside the property. A fine of €300 will be charged for non-compliance. • Parties or events are not permitted. • Pets are not permitted. • Please be considerate of your neighbours and keep noise levels down, especially at night. The property may be equipped with a smart sensor (Minut) that monitors noise, smoke and temperature levels, solely for safety reasons. This system does not record conversations or collect personal data. Should abnormal levels be detected, a member of our team may contact you. You are not permitted to disable, cover or tamper this or any other equipment installed on the property. In accordance with Portuguese law, all guests must present valid identification for registration purposes. Municipal tourist tax (when applicable): €2.00 per person/night for guests aged 13 and above, up to a maximum of 7 nights (€14.00 per person per stay). A payment link will be sent prior to arrival. Check-in must be scheduled in advance. If it is not arranged at least 48 hours beforehand, check-in will be subject to our team’s availability. By confirming your reservation, all guests agree to our house rules and accommodation conditions. OTHER NOTES All bed linen and towels are provided.
