Ground floor house with about 100m², one bathroom with shower, fully equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms (both with natural light and storage space): one with a double bed and access to the terrace, the other with two single beds and a window. The living room has a double sofa bed, suitable for larger families. The terrace offers a stunning view over the sea and the port of Funchal, with an outdoor shower, dining area, and portable barbeque. It is the most desirable room in the house, perfect for reading, sunbathing, outdoor meals, or simply enjoying the view and the sound of the sea. Maximum capacity: 4 people. Free access to all rooms of the house. Access to the house is via two flights of steps down. Property with individual entrance, isolated from other houses. Wi-Fi available in all areas. Free parking available near the property. AREA The property is located in Lazareto, a few minutes away from downtown Funchal. It is a quiet area with easy access to the city centre, either on foot or by car. It is close to the Miradouro do Lazareto, Barreirinha beach, Forte de São Tiago, Funchal-Monte cable car, Mercado dos Lavradores, restaurants, bars, local shops and other services. In Funchal city centre there are several touristic points of interest and information about cultural activities, radical activities, nature related activities, whatever the purpose of your visit to Madeira Island. PROPERTY RULES To ensure a pleasant stay for everyone, we ask that you observe a few simple rules. • Smoking is not permitted inside the property. A fine of €300 will be charged for non-compliance. • Parties or events are not permitted. • Pets are not permitted. • Please be considerate of your neighbours and keep noise levels down, especially at night. The property may be equipped with a smart sensor (Minut) that monitors noise, smoke and temperature levels, solely for safety reasons. This system does not record conversations or collect personal data. Should abnormal levels be detected, a member of our team may contact you. You are not permitted to disable, cover or tamper this or any other equipment installed on the property. In accordance with Portuguese law, all guests must present valid identification for registration purposes. Municipal tourist tax (when applicable): €2.00 per person/night for guests aged 13 and above, up to a maximum of 7 nights (€14.00 per person per stay). A payment link will be sent prior to arrival. Check-in must be scheduled in advance. If it is not arranged at least 48 hours beforehand, check-in will be subject to our team’s availability. Check-in: from 16:00 | Check-out: by 12:00 Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and an additional charge. By confirming your reservation, all guests agree to our house rules and accommodation conditions. OTHER NOTES All bed linen and towels are provided. We can also provide, free of charge, a baby travel crib, high chair and baby bath upon request before check-in. Requests made less than 48 hours before arrival may be subject to an additional fee. All properties are equipped with a first aid kit, fire extinguishers and a fire blanket. For stays of 8 nights or more, a mid-stay service is provided, including the replenishment of bed linen, towels and consumables only. This service is not included for shorter stays. Additional cleaning services during your stay are available on request at an extra charge.
