House in Caniço in a quiet area and with many services less than 5 minutes by car.
Far enough from the hustle and bustle of the city but not isolated, the location of this property allows for relaxation and also easy commuting. The villa has 3 floors, where the terrace stands out where you can have meals taking advantage of the barbecue and catch some vitamin D while watching the Atlantic Ocean. With two bedrooms, one with a double bed, the other with two single beds, this property has a maximum capacity to host 6 people making use of the sofa bed in the living room. Enjoy the terrace and the sun on the south side of our island, go to one of the nearby beaches and enjoy Caniço and Madeira. AREA From here you can go anywhere on the island, due to the proximity of the highway access, which allows you to move quickly to the points of interest. Near the apartment there is a restaurant and snack-bars. A five-minute drive away is the center of Caniço, where you have access to pharmacies, bars, restaurants, a hypermarket and a medium-sized shopping center. If you wish to find other types of places or activities, the city of Funchal is 15 minutes away by car. HOW TO GET TO The best option to reach the apartment will be the transfer. Ask us to book one with our local partners. It is cheaper than the cabs you find at the airport. If you rent a car, any navigation application will easily find the address. There is a bus stop 5 minutes walk from the villa. ACCESS TO PROPERTY You have access to all areas of the property. INTERACTION We are always available for help or questions. We will do our best to accommodate all requests. We also have a guest application with all the important information about the property and other useful information for your stay. OTHER REMARKS - According to Portuguese law, all guests are required to present a valid identification document (e.g. passport, identity card). - Check-in must be scheduled in advance. If not booked within a maximum of 48 hours, guests will be subject to our staff's availability. - All bed linens and towels are provided. We can also place a crib, high chair, and baby bathtub if needed. There is a first aid kit, fire extinguishers and fire blanket at all properties. ATTENTION We inform that a Municipal Tourist Ecotax will be charged for person staying overnight in the municipality of Santa Cruz. All guests staying in tourist developments and / or accommodation establishments, aged 13 or over, will be charged 2,00€ per person/night, up to a maximum 7 nigths stay/ 14€ per person. Close to your arrival, you will receive the link to pay this fee. RULES We want you to feel at home. Partying and noise are strictly forbidden on the property. We ask for nothing more than respect for your neighbors and care for the property, and no smoking inside the house.

Gostamos muito da casa, particularmente da vista. Algum descuido na limpeza, que rapidamente se prontificaram a resolver. Deverão também rever a manutenção da casa.

Uns hat die Unterkunft sehr gut gefallen, alles war sehr sauber und entsprach den Eindrücken auf den Fotos. Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis stimmte gut. Einfacher Check-in und schnelle Kommunikation. Wir waren als fünfköpfige Familie unterwegs und es war absolut ausreichend Platz. Auf allen drei Ebenen gibt es entweder einen Balkon oder eine Terasse, alles mit Meeresblick. Insgesamt sehr lichtdurchflutet. Wir waren rundum zufrieden! Vielen Dank

Our stay was wonderful! The location was perfect for us, though having a car is recommended (there is parking available both underground and on the street). The views were stunning, and we especially enjoyed the spacious private terrace with a barbecue. We were a group of four, and there was more than enough space for everyone: two separate bedrooms, two showers, a living room downstairs with two additional beds, and a toilet on each floor. The apartment was fully equipped with everything we needed, including a washing machine, iron, and several hair dryers. Overall, an excellent choice that made our vacation truly comfortable.

Чудове помешкання для декількох людей! На першому поверсі здоровенна тераса, на другому і третьому - балкони з прекрасним видом на океан. Для цього помешкання однозначно потрібен орендований автомобіль, оскільки поряд у пішій доступності ви не знайдете великого супермаркету чи кафе/ресторану. Помешкання велике, зручне, має декілька санвузлів (4 ванних кімнати, 2 з яких мають душ). Все не нове, але в гарному чистому стані. На кухні багато посуду, іншого кухонного приладдя, тож якщо ви збираєтесь готувати самостійно - на кухні знайдеться все. Загалом ми дуже задоволені вибором місця проживання, саме у співвідношенні ціна-якість, тому однозначно рекомендуємо!

Hemos tenido una gran experiencia. La comunicación con el anfitrión fue muy fluida en todo momento, respondiendo rápida y eficientemente para todas las gestiones que les pedimos. La llegada es fácil desde el aeropuerto en coche de alquiler. Es importante saber que tienes que entrar en el apartamento para poder coger la llave electrónica que abre la cancela y acceder con el coche al parking que hay uno en superficie y otro en garage. El apartamento cubre las expectativas creadas por las fotos, es amplio, limpio, bien equipado y cómodo para hasta 6 personas. Tiene unas vistas excelentes al mar. El apartamento está en un sitio muy tranquilo y el vecindario es amable. Esta bien localizado con una gasolinera y un supermercado Continente muy cerca. Absolutamente recomendable para una familia con niños como nosotros o para un viaje con amigos.
