With excellent sun exposure, the garden space offers you the opportunity to get a new tan or, if you want to relax and enjoy the space for a good meal with friends or family. The property has three bedrooms, two with double beds, one with two single beds; two full bathrooms and two social; a fully equipped kitchen and the spacious living room where you can enjoy the views. The house has the capacity to accommodate a maximum of six people. The apartment is fully equipped with all amenities and has a garage. THE NEIGHBORHOOD OVERVIEW Situated near one of Funchal's most prestigious tourist areas, this property is close to Piornais and Formosa Beach, which are a 4-minute drive away. Forum Madeira shopping center, which features several international renowned shops and movie theaters, is a 7-minute drive away. Nearby there are several bars. In addition to the nearest options, you can go to Funchal city center (10 minutes by car) where you will find a greater variety of restaurants. GETTING AROUND The best option to get to the property is by transfer. Ask us to arrange one with our local partners. It's cheaper than the cabs you'll find at the airport. If you rent a car, any navigation app will easily find the address. GUEST ACCESS Guests have access to all areas of the flat. OTHER OBSERVATIONS - According to Portuguese law, all guests are required to present a valid ID. (E.g. passport, identity card). - Check-in must be scheduled in advance. In case the check-in is not scheduled within a maximum of 48 hours prior arrival, guests will be subject to the availability of our team. - All bed linen and towels are provided. We can also provide a crib, a baby high chair and a baby bathtub if needed. First aid kit, fire extinguisher and fire blanket are available in all properties. ATTENTION Please be advised that a Tourist Fee will be charged to all persons staying overnight in the municipality of Funchal. Thus, all customers staying in tourist resorts and/or accommodation establishments, aged 13 or over, will be charged €2.00 per person/night, up to a maximum of 7 nights and a maximum of €14.00 per person/stay.
