It has been recently renovated and has a maximum capacity of five people. The nearest beach is a four-minute drive away.

In this house you can enjoy the best that the island has to offer, taking into account the quiet area with excellent sun exposure. Renovated in 2024, the villa has been carefully decorated to provide you with all the comfort and convenience you need for a pleasant holiday. With two bedrooms, both with double beds, the property has a bathroom with shower. In the living room there's a sofa bed and a TV in an open-space format, where you'll find the perfect connection between leisure and relaxing moments, preparing your meals in the fully equipped kitchen. Outside, there is a large patio where you can take advantage of the late afternoons to relax with a good book. Here, as is common in many houses in Porto Santo, there is an outdoor shower to cool off on the hottest days or to remove traces of sand after returning from the beach. This accommodation has a maximum capacity of 5 people. It has a closed garage, but we recommend parking in the reserved spaces outside. The property is close to Porto Santo Airport and three minutes (by car) from the city centre and four from the beach. AREA Porto Santo is a beautiful island located in the archipelago of Madeira, Portugal. Another must-see attraction is Pico do Castelo, the highest point on the island. Climbing to the top of this mountain offers an incredible panoramic view. It is possible to observe the beauty of the blue sea and the exuberant green vegetation that covers the island. Pico do Castelo also houses historical ruins, remnants of a fortress built in the 17th century. The town of Vila Baleira, the island's capital, is also worth a visit. With its cobblestone streets, colorful and charming houses, this historic town, dating from 1418, offers a charming atmosphere. In the center of Vila Baleira is the Christopher Columbus House-Museum, an old house that houses a museum dedicated to the famous navigator. Besides the attractions mentioned, Porto Santo Island also offers opportunities for water activities such as diving, sailing, and windsurfing. There are also a variety of restaurants serving delicious local cuisine. PROPERTY RULES To ensure a pleasant stay for everyone, we ask that you observe a few simple rules. • Smoking is not permitted inside the property. A fine of €300 will be charged for non-compliance. • Parties or events are not permitted. • Pets are not permitted. • Please be considerate of your neighbours and keep noise levels down, especially at night. The property may be equipped with a smart sensor (Minut) that monitors noise, smoke and temperature levels, solely for safety reasons. This system does not record conversations or collect personal data. Should abnormal levels be detected, a member of our team may contact you. You are not permitted to disable, cover or tamper this or any other equipment installed on the property. In accordance with Portuguese law, all guests must present valid identification for registration purposes. Municipal tourist tax (when applicable): €2.00 per person/night for guests aged 13 and above, up to a maximum of 7 nights (€14.00 per person per stay). A payment link will be sent prior to arrival. Check-in must be scheduled in advance. If it is not arranged at least 48 hours beforehand, check-in will be subject to our team’s availability. Check-in: from 16:00 | Check-out: by 12:00 Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and an additional charge. By confirming your reservation, all guests agree to our house rules and accommodation conditions. OTHER NOTES All bed linen and towels are provided. We can also provide, free of charge, a baby travel crib, high chair and baby bath upon request before check-in. Requests made less than 48 hours before arrival may be subject to an additional fee. All properties are equipped with a first aid kit, fire extinguishers and a fire blanket. For stays of 8 nights or more, a mid-stay service is provided, including the replenishment of bed linen, towels and consumables only. This service is not included for shorter stays. Additional cleaning services during your stay are available on request at an extra charge.
