Located in the charming village of Ponta do Sol, this three-storey villa is the perfect retreat for a family vacation. With a light, elegant, and welcoming decor, it offers all essential amenities. On Level 0, you'll find a spacious garage, a complete bathroom with shower, a laundry room, an outdoor clothesline, and a hanging garden. On Floor 1, the spacious living room in open-space connects with the kitchen area—two perfect environments for socializing and cooking delicious meals together. This floor also has a full bathroom for added convenience. The outdoor living area, together with the lounge by the private pool, is the ideal place to enjoy the good weather that this location enjoys throughout the year. Floor 2 offers a touch of luxury with a shared full bathroom, a master bedroom with a walk-in closet, a double bedroom, and a twin bedroom with built-in closets. In addition to the comfort and elegance of this villa, the unobstructed views provide a relaxing setting. Wi-fi is available in all areas. AREA The villa is located in the southwest of the island, in the municipality of Ponta do Sol, close to the center with easy access to local restaurants, beaches, stores, and other essential services. It is also near levadas and picturesque beaches. Ribeira Brava, a 10-minute drive away, offers supermarkets, restaurants, bars, a beach, a market, the Ethnographic Museum, and local shops. The airport is a 40-minute drive, and Funchal is 20 minutes away. PROPERTY RULES To ensure a pleasant stay for everyone, we ask that you observe a few simple rules. • Smoking is not permitted inside the property. A fine of €300 will be charged for non-compliance. • Parties or events are not permitted. • Pets are not permitted. • Please be considerate of your neighbours and keep noise levels down, especially at night. The property may be equipped with a smart sensor (Minut) that monitors noise, smoke and temperature levels, solely for safety reasons. This system does not record conversations or collect personal data. Should abnormal levels be detected, a member of our team may contact you. You are not permitted to disable, cover or tamper this or any other equipment installed on the property. In accordance with Portuguese law, all guests must present valid identification for registration purposes. Municipal tourist tax (when applicable): €2.00 per person/night for guests aged 13 and above, up to a maximum of 7 nights (€14.00 per person per stay). A payment link will be sent prior to arrival. Check-in must be scheduled in advance. If it is not arranged at least 48 hours beforehand, check-in will be subject to our team’s availability. Check-in: from 16:00 | Check-out: by 12:00 Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and an additional charge. By confirming your reservation, all guests agree to our house rules and accommodation conditions. OTHER NOTES All bed linen and towels are provided. We can also provide, free of charge, a baby travel crib, high chair and baby bath upon request before check-in. Requests made less than 48 hours before arrival may be subject to an additional fee. All properties are equipped with a first aid kit, fire extinguishers and a fire blanket. For stays of 8 nights or more, a mid-stay service is provided, including the replenishment of bed linen, towels and consumables only. This service is not included for shorter stays. Additional cleaning services during your stay are available on request at an extra charge.
