The property may be equipped with a smart sensor (Minut) that monitors noise, smoke and temperature levels, solely for safety reasons. This system does not record conversations or collect personal data. Should abnormal levels be detected, a member of our team may contact you. You are not permitted to disable, cover or tamper this or any other equipment installed on the property. In accordance with Portuguese law, all guests must present valid identification for registration purposes. Municipal tourist tax (when applicable): €2.00 per person/night for guests aged 13 and above, up to a maximum of 7 nights (€14.00 per person per stay). A payment link will be sent prior to arrival. Check-in must be scheduled in advance. If it is not arranged at least 48 hours beforehand, check-in will be subject to our team’s availability. Check-in: from 16:00 | Check-out: by 12:00 Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and an additional charge. By confirming your reservation, all guests agree to our house rules and accommodation conditions. OTHER NOTES All bed linen and towels are provided.
