Intelsol Calheta Apartment I is a completely refurbished 2-bedroom property, modern, simple, and practical for a holiday with family or friends. Access is by stairs, as the flat is on the second floor of a building in the Loreto centre, Calheta. The property features two bedrooms with double beds, one with a private bathroom. The living room is harmoniously divided into a dining area and a living area with access to a small sea view balcony. The sofa converts into a bed, so the maximum capacity is 4 people. The kitchen is spacious, has a central dining area, and is fully equipped. All rooms have air conditioning. Wi-Fi is available throughout. There is no reserved parking, but free parking is available next to the building. AREA Flat located in the Loreto centre, a sunny area of the Calheta municipality. It is a 10-minute drive from Calheta beach, where you can also find bars, restaurants and a supermarket. Close by is the “Engenho da Calheta”, one of the oldest sugar cane mills in Madeira Island. The facilities and its machinery used in the production of sugar cane brandy and honey may be visited all year round. It has a tasting room and a wine bar. Calheta is about 40 minutes drive from the Funchal city centre. PROPERTY RULES To ensure a pleasant stay for everyone, we ask that you observe a few simple rules. • Smoking is not permitted inside the property. A fine of €300 will be charged for non-compliance. • Parties or events are not permitted. • Pets are not permitted. • Please be considerate of your neighbours and keep noise levels down, especially at night. The property may be equipped with a smart sensor (Minut) that monitors noise, smoke and temperature levels, solely for safety reasons. This system does not record conversations or collect personal data. Should abnormal levels be detected, a member of our team may contact you. You are not permitted to disable, cover or tamper this or any other equipment installed on the property. In accordance with Portuguese law, all guests must present valid identification for registration purposes. Municipal tourist tax (when applicable): €2.00 per person/night for guests aged 13 and above, up to a maximum of 7 nights (€14.00 per person per stay). A payment link will be sent prior to arrival. Check-in must be scheduled in advance. If it is not arranged at least 48 hours beforehand, check-in will be subject to our team’s availability. Check-in: from 16:00 | Check-out: by 12:00 Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and an additional charge. By confirming your reservation, all guests agree to our house rules and accommodation conditions. OTHER NOTES All bed linen and towels are provided. We can also provide, free of charge, a baby travel crib, high chair and baby bath upon request before check-in. Requests made less than 48 hours before arrival may be subject to an additional fee. All properties are equipped with a first aid kit, fire extinguishers and a fire blanket. For stays of 8 nights or more, a mid-stay service is provided, including the replenishment of bed linen, towels and consumables only. This service is not included for shorter stays. Additional cleaning services during your stay are available on request at an extra charge.
