The excellent location and the integration in a luxury condo, distinguish this quality apartment, which offers a beautiful infinity pool. This infrastructure is shared throughout the condominium. If you stay in this apartment you will have a calm and memorable evening, thanks to the wonderful sunset, with Praia Formosa and Cabo Girão as a background. It will certainly be a moment to save in your memory. The property has a bedroom with a double bed and a balcony with sea view and a beautifully decorated living room, with access to the balcony, which offers a wonderful “postacard view”. Finally, the fully equipped kitchen completes the space of this apartment that can accommodate a maximum of four people (two in the bedroom and two in the sofa bed available in the living room). The apartment is fully equipped with all facilities and has a free parking place. THE NEIGHBORHOOD OVERVIEW Situated in one of the most prestigious tourist areas of Funchal, this apartment is close to a pleasant seafront promenade, beaches, supermarkets, pharmacies, shops and the Forum Madeira shopping center, which has several international renowned venues and movie theaters. Nearby there are several bars and restaurants where you can delight in our gastronomy or international cuisine. In addition to the nearby options, you can go to the city center (seven minutes by car) where you will find a wider variety of restaurants. About a half kilometer from the apartment is the Formosa Beach, suggestive for diving and sunbathing on the pebble and black sand. GETTING AROUND For departures and arrivals from the airport, there is an aerobus stop about 5 minutes from the house, although the best option to get to the apartment will be the transfer. Ask us to book one with our local partners. It's cheaper than the taxis you find at the airport! GUEST ACCESS Guests have access to all areas of the flat. INTERACTION WITH GUESTS We are always at your disposal to help or to answer your questions. You can contact us via our mobile numbers or by email. We will do our best to meet your requests. OTHER OBSERVATIONS - According to Portuguese law, all guests are required to present a valid ID. (E.g. passport, identity card). - Check-in must be scheduled in advance. In case the check-in is not scheduled within a maximum of 48 hours prior arrival, guests will be subject to the availability of our team. - All bed linen and towels are provided. We can also provide a crib, a baby high chair and a baby bathtub if needed. First aid kit, fire extinguisher and fire blanket are available in all properties. ATTENTION Please be advised that a Tourist Fee will be charged to all persons staying overnight in the municipality of Funchal. Thus, all customers staying in tourist resorts and/or accommodation establishments, aged 13 or over, will be charged €2.00 per person/night, up to a maximum of 7 nights and a maximum of €14.00 per person/stay.
